Week 18 Review by Abdulrahman Alharbi (C303)



This week we studied participles as adjectives, we wrote important vocabulary list. On Monday we took exercise to improve our participles as adjectives. On Tuesday we took project about proverbs, each group wrote three proverbs and the meanings then we chose one proverb to share with the class, we then made a poster to explain the proverb. We searched the internet for a picture which would link the proverb.

    If your house make of glass don't throw people with rocket.

    It's not right letterly and we want the excact proverb we knew it's very obvious becuase we have the same proverb in Arabic

    Dear Ahmed it's not important if the word dos not com right, because we understand the meaning of the proverb, and in Arabic or English sentence it steel the same meaning. Like when I say -if you have a house from glass don't throw stone on the people- in this sentence or another the understanding of the proverb steel the same. It's only mater of words!.

    My guess for this proverb is if your house made of glass you shouldn't throw stones.
